WE Solicitor Made a Trustee
Trusha Velji a wills and probate solicitor with WE Solicitors has recently been made a trustee for the Manchester Carers. This body is the focal point for people who are looking after relatives who may be elderley or have a disability.
The charity has thousands of registered carers and following a number of talks by Trusha across Manchester the trust approached her to sit as an advisory Trustee and is the only solicitor on the board. Trusha continues to provide initial free advice to any of the carers and or families.
Trusha also works with other organisation such as local cancer charities, Admiral Nurses, McMillans and Dr Kershaws Hospice.
Trusha, said “ I am really happy and honoured to be approached for this position. Working with these organisations is rewarding and as firm we are committed to giving people the best possible legal advice”.
WE Solicitors are also offering current clients the opportunity to have a basic will drafted on their behalf in May 2010 for £30. This is something that everyone needs but is always put off. In a recent survey it was estimated that 65% of people do not have a will. For a relatively small price you can have peace of mind that your loved ones are provided for and make sure that your wishes are fulfilled.
